Who these terms are with
"Pinrope" is the name of the product. It is operated by Pinrope (OMNIVSN), called "we" or "us" below. By joining the waitlist, using this website or using a beta version of Pinrope, you agree to these terms.
The beta
- Beta versions are early, unfinished software. Features can change, move or be removed, and the beta can end at any time.
- The beta is free. Pricing for the finished product will be announced at launch; you're never charged without choosing to buy.
- Please keep your own backups of anything important. Don't rely on a beta for anything you can't afford to lose.
No warranty
Pinrope and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the beta or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Your content
What you copy, save or send with Pinrope belongs to you. It stays on your own devices. We don't receive it and claim no rights to it. See the privacy page for details.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the beta or this website, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or sign up other people without their consent.
Open-source parts
Pinrope builds on open-source software. Those parts are covered by their own licenses, which come with the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as Pinrope develops. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the beta after a change means you accept the new terms.
