The rope
Everything you copy, one keystroke away
Texts, links and images hang on a rope at the top of your screen, sorted onto three shelves. Press one shortcut, pick what you need, and paste it. No hunting through apps.
For Mac and iPhone · Beta coming soon
Send iPhone screenshots to your Mac with one tap. Pinrope hangs the texts, links and screenshots you copy on a rope at the top of your screen, always one shortcut away.
How it helps
No more digging through chats, folders and browser tabs for the thing you copied an hour ago.
The rope
Texts, links and images hang on a rope at the top of your screen, sorted onto three shelves. Press one shortcut, pick what you need, and paste it. No hunting through apps.
iPhone → Mac
Tap the back of your iPhone to take a screenshot, and it appears on your Mac a moment later. No AirDrop, no emailing yourself, no Downloads folder.
Find anything
Search your texts, links and images, even the words inside your screenshots. Last week's address, yesterday's link, the chart from this morning's meeting: type a few words and it's there.
Private by design
Your history is encrypted on your Mac. Screenshots travel from your iPhone to your Mac over your own Wi‑Fi. Nothing goes through our servers.
Optional
Pinrope stays simple. There's more underneath when you want it.
When you copy something secret, like an API key, Pinrope moves it into an encrypted vault on its own. Touch ID opens it when you need it. Items copied from password managers are never saved at all.
Connect Claude or Codex and they can find what you copied, like the screenshot you just took on your phone. You stay in control of what they can see.
Questions
The beta is free. Pricing will be announced at launch.
Pinrope is made for a Mac and an iPhone working together. The iPhone app sends your screenshots to the Mac. Windows is planned for later.
On your Mac, encrypted. We don't run a server that sees what you copy or the screenshots you send from your phone.
No. Install it and keep copying as usual; your things show up on the rope. The app walks you through setting up the iPhone tap, step by step.
We're inviting people to the beta in small groups. Join the list and we'll email you when your invite is ready.
